Delta's website will never provide, exchange, rent or sell any personal information to other individuals, groups, private companies or public agencies, but not limited to the situation if there is legal basis or contractual obligations. Google Web FontsFor uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and DELTA and govern your use of the Websites and/or Contents. The Terms and the relationship between you and DELTA shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. In the case of any violation of these rules and regulations, DELTA reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.
