Delta's hydrogen production power supply offers MW-scale and above solutions for electrolyzers. Its wide operating range of 20-110% perfectly accommodates the high fluctuation of renewable energy, delivering cost-effective and stable DC power required for water electrolysis. The modular design is scalable up to 25MW, flexibly meeting the deployment needs of various sites.
Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell (SOEC) Hydrogen Production
Delta employs Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell(SOEC) technology, utilizing medium-to-high temperature electrolysis with solid oxides as the electrolyte to reform water into hydrogen and oxygen. SOEC operates in a medium-to-high temperature environment of 500°C to 600°C, and can integrate external heat sources, such as industrial waste heat, to reduce electricity demand and enhance hydrogen production efficiency. Compared to traditional electrolysis technologies, SOEC offers higher energy conversion efficiency and is particularly suitable for integration with industrial processes, enabling low-cost, large-scale hydrogen production. This is a crucial technology for promoting green hydrogen development and achieving carbon neutrality goals.
Delta’s hydrogen power supply is specifically designed for PEM electrolyzers with a capacity of 500 N·m³. It effectively accommodates the high fluctuations of renewable energy and delivers stable, efficient, and cost-effective DC power required for hydrogen production. With a modular design, the system can be expanded up to 10 MW, offering flexible deployment for various application scenarios.
